At Churchill Gowns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your graduation attire. If your items are not a perfect fit or you have changed your mind, you can return unworn products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a secure mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
